    We purchased the inventory of a former local machine shop and it included a group of camshafts.
    This is a new GM camshaft for 4.3 V6 roller cam motors.  Stock replacement.
    There is a light, even wear mark on the forward most lobe, but it may be from the manufacturing process, or perhaps it was mocked up in an engine?
